Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for store credit. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for store credit. For defective items or product quality issues, please notify us within **3 days** of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned in the condition they were received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Items should be free of odors, pet hair, perfume, or makeup stains.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please email us at info@rysonlaneboutique.com. Returns should be sent to the return address on your package. Please note, items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Earrings
- Headbands/headwear
- Undergarments
- Bathing suits
- Lingerie
- Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We must be notified within **3 days** of delivery to address the issue. Photos of the defect are required for resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is accepted.
Store Credits
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval and issue store credit for the purchase amount, minus original shipping and handling fees. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
